Mindfulness gives you time, time gives you choices, choices made well, lead to your healthiest you.

How we live and nourish our bodies is one of the most personal decisions we make. As an integrative and performance nutritionist, my role is to support you in becoming the CEO of your health. This means not only paying closer attention to our wellness in terms of nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep and stress but the quality of these things and how they affect your overall wellbeing.

Holistic Clinical & Performance Nutrition

|

Shaped by over two decades in health, wellness, and fitness, alongside clinical training and a lifetime of navigating my own complex health and digestive challenges, I bring both professional expertise and what I often think of as a self-made “PhD in listening to the body.”

I approach nutrition and lifestyle with a deep understanding that every body is different. How you respond to food, movement, stress, and recovery is uniquely your own, and this is where working with a practitioner can offer meaningful support. I walk alongside you to put personalised integrative strategies into practice, turning guidance into real-life choices that build a strong foundation for steady progress, lasting change and a clearer understanding of your symptoms.

A Note On Scope

|

I am currently completing my final year of supervised clinical mentoring toward accreditation as an Accredited and Registered Clinical Nutritionist and Complementary Medical Practitioner in Australasia.

While undertaking this mentorship, I work under the guidance and scope of my clinical mentor when supporting higher-risk clients, with the goal of qualifying for full accreditation with Clinical Nutritionists Aotearoa (CNA).
