This initial session is a comprehensive, collaborative deep dive into your nutrition, lifestyle, and performance needs.
Together, we explore how your current habits, training demands and daily rhythms are influencing energy, recovery, body composition and overall wellbeing. The goal is clarity, understanding what supports you, what may be holding you back, and where meaningful adjustments can be made.
