As a certified integrative clinical and performance nutritionist based in Christchurch, New Zealand, I work with women locally and online in a compassionate, grounded way shaped by lived experience and evidence-informed practice. With over two decades across nutrition, movement and lifestyle change, I’ve seen how a whole-person approach, one that considers physical and emotional health alongside daily life can bring lasting change. This depth of care shapes every client relationship as we co-create a clear, personalised plan to support your body, your goals and your life.
My clinical nutrition work explores the relationship between gut health, hormones, immune dysregulation and inflammation, particularly in conditions such as histamine intolerance, MCAS, long COVID, migraines and chronic skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Health and wellbeing have been part of my life since childhood, shaped by a lifelong curiosity for nutrition, movement, and mindful living. But it was moments of experiencing my own health challenges that led me to dive deeper into the wellness industry and pursue clinical training. A journey that has shaped me and filled me with a sense of purpose. I bring that insight, coupled with evidence-informed practice, to walk alongside others, supporting a whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle, and encouraging thoughtful, mindful choices that honour each person’s unique path to wellbeing and performance.
