A little tip: Because I like my smoothies thick, I like to steam my cauliflower and pumpkin and then layer them onto a tray with baking paper to freeze. Once frozen I place the ingredients into brown paper bags so they are always on hand.

1 tsp serving psyllium husk powder
1/2 cup frozen cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/4 - 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice or water
1 tsp pure monkfruit sweetener (optional if you like it a little sweeter)
Sprinkle of activated chopped pecans and hemp seeds
