Curried Herb Cauliflower Mash

This is by far the most delicious cauliflower mash recipe and it’s so easy! The Gevity curry bone broth body glue is an all-natural health booster disguised as a warming curry (my favourite in winter)! The jars only last four weeks once opened so I freeze it in ice-trays to drop into meals when I fancy it.

2 serves

Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup fresh coriander
2 tbsp Grevity curry bone broth
body glue
1 tsp macadamia nut oil

Optional
1/2 cup parsnip or kumara

Directions

Roughly chop and steam cauliflower and parsnip or kumara if you’re including them for 8 - 10 minutes until fork tender.

Using a blender or food processor, blend cauliflower with chopped coriander and Gevity curry bone broth body glue until smooth.

Pair and plate with your choice of protein and leafy greens.

Top tip.
The most common mistake people make with cauliflower mash is adding liquid. Steamed cauliflower retains enough liquid for blending and creaminess. If you like a thicker consistency a little parsnip or a kumara will add the body you're looking for.

Purchase Grevity bone broth body glue online. There is a selection of fun flavours!
