Hi, I’m Kate Lillian Burford. As a certified integrative clinical and performance nutritionist, I bring over two decades of experience across nutrition, movement and lifestyle change, with a deep appreciation for looking at health through a holistic lens.

Health and wellbeing have been part of my life since childhood, shaped by a lifelong curiosity for nutrition, movement, and mindful living. But it was moments of experiencing my own health challenges that led me to dive deeper into the wellness industry and pursue clinical training, ultimately to heal myself.
A journey that has shaped me and filled me with a sense of purpose. I bring that insight, coupled with evidence-informed practice, to walk alongside others, supporting a whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle, and encouraging thoughtful, mindful choices that honour each person’s unique path to wellbeing and performance.
