CERTIFIED INTEGRATIVE NUTRITIONIST, HEALTH COACH, YOGA TEACHER AND DESIGNER
From an early age, I’ve been drawn to the world of nutrition and movement, but it was moments in my own health story that led me to explore root-cause healing methods, often overlooked by conventional medicine. This path has not only shaped me but has lead me on a journey that fills me with purpose. I believe that true health begins in the gut, something that impacts every one of us. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others explore underlying health concerns, taking a personalised holistic, whole-body approach to optimise their nutrition and lifestyle, empowering them toward insightful wellness choices.
